Carly blew us away with that presentation; her vision for the platform, her forecasts, timelines, and suggested strategies were spot on. She spelled out milestones to take us from the present to the launch of the online community, the KPIs to which we should hold her accountable, the amount of investment needed, and the potential risks associated with launching an online community…[She] far exceeded expectations and radiated confidence. I was astonished by the sophistication of her strategic thinking, especially considering she was fewer than two years into her professional career. Carly was (and still is) a rock star. She spearheaded OFFSITE (a thriving online community) for Learnit… Carly is and always will be an important part of Learnit’s history (p. 64, Learn-It-All-Leader).

Carly has been an integral part of our team, and her contributions have left a lasting mark — especially as one of the first team members to help kick start and shape the PV2 project. Her dedication, initiative, and collaborative spirit have played a key role in bringing us to where we are today.

While we’re sad to see her go, we’re incredibly grateful for everything Carly has done and wish her nothing but the best as she embarks on her next chapter.

Carly is a leader amongst leaders. I had the pleasure of partnering with Carly for my May 2021 Learnit “Next Normal” workshop. She made the process of content design seamless. In some instances, you have to ask several questions during client discovery to get to the core of the project scope. This was not a factor when partnering with @Learnit. Carly proactively anticipated the project content and data analytics needs in advance. Thus, I highly recommend Carly and her steadfast commitment to stellar Learnit partnerships.

Carly is a doer. A strategic mind, team player, leader, kind heart, the kind of person you always want to work with on projects. I met her in my capacity as Assistant Director of University of San Diego's Center for Peace and Commerce. She proved herself a scrappy and skilled social entrepreneur with a commitment to her customers and a gift for building a community to address complex challenges.

Carly is a brilliant strategic thinker. Her ability to see problems and challenges from multiple perspectives is one of her core capabilities. I was continuously impressed with her writing skills and attention to detail. She was able to produce top-notch deliverables with limited manager guidance and oversight. I’d hire her again in a heartbeat!

Over the past two years of knowing and working with Carly I have experienced her personal motivation, team collaboration, and global mindset.
